This reserve blend from Linea Caffe was produced by the environmentally friendly farmers at Peru's Cenfrocafe Cooperative. Mighty Sparrow flavors and aromas: Classic cocoa and vanilla-noted aromatics with an elegant chocolate sweetness in the finish.

These are the same beans we use for our cold brew and pour over drinks at the microbakery.

Origin: Peru. Region: San Ignacio, Cajamarca. Certification: Organic + Fair Trade. Process: Fully washed and sun dried. Varietals: Typica + Caturra. Elevation: 1400-1800 meters.
