Introducing night at the microbakery - an event series where Christine opens up the microbakery after hours for baking, learning, and connecting in her cozy space.

Join us on Friday, 12/13 from 4 - 6 pm for a holiday workshop to get you in the baking mood! If you've ever been curious about what it takes to make a great cookie, Christine will share the process of making a classic brown butter chocolate chip cookie, as well as her plant-based holiday seasonal, the chocolate crinkle.

This is a great workshop for bakers looking to understand how to bake great cookies and make each recipe their own. Each attendee will also get the chance to bring the following home:

• A box of 5 freshly baked cookies from christine's
• Cookie dough from the workshop to bake at home
• Print outs of everything you'll learn in the workshop
