drawing with embroidery workshop
drawing with embroidery workshop
Join us for night at the microbakery with guest teacher, Aileen Lee, from Vancouver-based clothing brand Vestige Story, to learn the ins and outs of drawing and simple embroidery.
On Saturday, 4/5 from 4 - 6 pm we'll be hosting an intimate experience with designer and artist Aileen Lee. She'll guide everyone through basic drawing skills, which will then be transferred as an embroidery piece on a sustainably manufactured tea towel, made ethically by women in Vancouver. Whether you're new to drawing and embroidery, or want to get back into it, we encourage you to join us for a cozy night after hours, and get to know Aileen in the process!
All workshop attendees will receive the following:
- Vestige tea towel (22x17.5")
- Embroidery tools
- Print outs of everything you'll learn in the workshop
- Mini cookies and teas to snack on during the workshop
At the end, we will also have a special private shopping and styling event from 6 - 7 pm. There will be Vestige Story items for sale, and all attendees will receive a complimentary 10% discount.
Looking to have a great date or night out with friends? Buy 2 or more tickets and automatically get 10% off your total purchase.
Spots are extremely limited due to the size of our microbakery and our desire to provide an intimate experience for all. Tickets are nonrefundable, so please plan accordingly. If there are any questions or concerns, please reach out to hello@cometochristines.com
