modern ikebana workshop
modern ikebana workshop
Join us for a night at the microbakery with fellow creative and florist, Hanna La Salvia, to make a special flower arrangement with locally farmed, organic flowers and foliage to celebrate spring!
We're bringing together local makers for a special workshop collaboration. On Saturday, 4/19 from 4 - 6 pm, Hanna will teach how to create a beautifully designed ikebana floral arrangement with locally grown, organic flowers, and we've also partnered with local ceramicist Linnan from NEKO.CO.NEKO to create a custom ikebana vessel to house your beautiful arrangement. You'll learn how to process your flowers and tips to compose them into a stunning arrangement.
All workshop attendees will receive the following:
- Handcrafted ikebana arrangement
- Custom hand-thrown ceramic ikebana vessel by NEKO.CO.NEKO
- Flower frog
- Worksheet with everything you'll learn
- Mini cookies and drinks to snack on during the workshop
Spots are limited due to the size of our microbakery and our desire to provide an intimate experience for all - buy 2 or more tickets and automatically get 10% off your total purchase. Tickets are also nonrefundable, so please plan accordingly. If there are any questions or concerns, please reach out to hello@cometochristines.com
